As a former Vice President at SAP, I had the pleasure of working for and with Kat for several years.  As a leader, Kat is a calm and empathetic voice of reason who genuinely sets her team up for success.  She leads with creativity and compassion, and meets her team "where they are" to allow for as much autonomy as possible.
